Behind Lamfuz stands Krishna Adhikari and Badal Maharjan who are entrepreneurs, cook and passionate about cooking exotic food using wide range of herbs, spices & best quality organic ingredients.
We have been working as a Cook in restaurants and cafes from past 9 adventurous years. Common goal, mindset and eager to explore, develop and innovate Nepali cuisine brought us together to explore the Food World. We believe in sustainable food production while reducing waste. We believe that food should be handled with respect and care. During our childhood and adulthood we were born and raised in farming environment which made us familiar with the dirt, Nepali food, herbs, and spices grown in our farm in Nepal. Nepali food culture is embedded within us and we still use those spices and food ingredients in Denmark. Growing up in Nepal, studying, living and working in Denmark, we have explored about the Danish food culture and various cooking techniques.
